Heat for Candles on Moroccan Lamps

There are a number of interesting Moroccan lamps that you can add into your home with some unique lighting sources in mind. Some of these lamps can include traditional candles. These are made to give you some natural appearances but you might want to see how much heat is being generated out of one of these lamps. The odds are the heat that comes off of a lamp like this will be much higher than what comes out of a lamp that features a light bulb. It should not be too dangerous when compared to whatever it is you might use in your home for creating some lights that work well in any part of your home.

An average candle will create about 200 BTUs of heat at a given time. This measurement is usually recorded based on what is given out in a single hourís time. This is relatively light but at the same time it is about twice the total of what a traditional light bulb might let off each hour. Therefore, the heat that comes off of a lamp with a candle in it will be higher than what comes out of Moroccan lamps that feature traditional light bulbs. Still, a candle-based lamp should be safer for you to use than a larger heater that uses thousands of BTUs of heat in a single hour. This should be reviewed well when you are finding a quality lamp that can use candles for illuminating a space in your home.
